I have found a work around in that you have to trick the OS in to thinking it is using IE 5.6 instead of IE 6.0. To do this you have to do a REGEDIT, and edit HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer and change the Versions from 6.0.2600.0000 to 5.60.2600.0000
